Off to the circus
The circus is back in town - The Perry Brothers - and its a very small circus. The children were so excited and we took Hugh's friend, Nathan along with us. Of course no cameras were allowed in the Big Top - boohoo - just as well...the light was shocking! And the animals were for show only - not part of the performance. But any opportunity to see my beloved "elies" is a good one. With the exception of two small ponies, the performance was made up of juggling and clowning and balancing. Thought of you Texas Wen, with the finale they came dressed out in what seemed like Texan attire and cracking whips and lassoing! Good fun! The kids had a giggle so that is what counts. But no good "click fix" for this Mamma this weekend :(

LOVE the elephants. When we went to the African Lion Safari, I missed the elephants.... I was sooo sad!
No cameras..boo hoo. But I love the shots you did get!!

Oh Helen I love the Elephants! I would have been thrilled to get that close with out them being caged and penned up!! Love the one of Hugh and his friend with the clown, too sweet!! So how did you sneak the photo in the big top? LOL...
The elephant photo is great! Sounds like you had a great time! It's a shame when you can't take pics of the kids having fun!
