Mother's Day/Weekend

Happy Mother's Day! Here are a few snaps. Just as I contemplated moving away from the black and white (a fetish caught from Nancy), Leah goes and posts these amazing shots (yes Chicky! I am your NO.1. fan) and blows me away. Stick with the classic black I say. Saturday we met up with my Mum and Dad (Grandma/Pa) and had a lovely lunch out. Sunday we went to Grandma Hancock's and played with all the cousins. Click here to go and see some more photos/portraits from the weekend. With all the family photos being taken, Den made sure that the "monster" cat was not excluded. I was just happy to be able to "quick fix" the lamp post from the background. Yey me! I also thought to show my Mother's Day cards....click on them to enlarge and read. Hugh and I used to love to read George and Ba and our favourite goodnight bedtime line still is "I love you just the way you are" - thus his inscription on the card. And Katie had to answer questions on her card - too cute - rice is my favourite food! Well there you go! Happy days everybody!

Thanks for the compliment you! I think you are my only fan. LOL!!! I am loving the angle on the pic of Katie. I always want to try that and never remember. The card is sooo cute! Jordan did something very similar. Hughie has amazing handwriting, he should give my son a few lessons!
