I took so many photos at the beach last Sunday (refer blog entry below) I did not know quite where to begin. I found this wonderful word art from Louis Armstrong's "What a wonderful world" (for credits, click here) and decided to create a "mini-album". I guess you cannot really classify these as scrap pages. However, I felt that the wonderful photos, combined with the beautiful word art, were most pertinent and really captured the essence of what we, as a family, are currently experiencing, reflecting on and learning from due to the death of Denis' father. Click on any of the images to read and see more clearly.
Well why aren't they scrapbook layouts...they memories with journaling/words and that is scrapbooking!! I love the word art Helen and the photos, you did a marvelous job!!
I would certainly consider those as layouts. They'd make a cute mini-album too. I love that song. Have you seen the brightly illustrated children's book that's about the song. I've given it as gifts. Check it out.
You are so inspiring to me. I may try another layout tomorrow. Hugs, Joni
