What to do....

What to do as the rain comes tumbling down - again - and there are no adventures to go on? Well having recovered (I hope - fingers crossed) from two sick children, one can read (loving my novel a Mr & Mrs Darcy mystery by Carrie Bebris - light and fluffy and I cannot get enough of anything to do with Pride and Prejudice), watch your husband play Suduko, await Amanda to come for dinner and the family "Trouble" challenge to continue. Yours truly won last night and thankfully Hugh came in second so there were no tears for this round. Serious business this board game! Spring seems to have come early with the wind and showers being experienced each and every day. Have a great week everyone!

What a wonderful day. . . . spring winds, eh? I think spring is my favorite time of year. It's just bizarre, as we're in the hottest, dryest days of summer here.

Lovely pics. I especially like the perpsective on the sudoku. . .which is my 2nd favorite pasttime!

Hi Helen,
I wish we were getting some of your rain. Our gras is like a bed-of-nails to walk on.

I love anything related to anything Jane Austen, too. I didn't know there are P & P mysteries?? I'll check them out on Amazon. Thanks for the suggestion.
